Response times
- New enquiries: normally reviewed within 2 working days.
- Active client support: handled according to the written agreement or monthly plan.
- Urgent website access or launch issues: prioritised where they affect a live client website.
- Formal complaints: acknowledged within 5 working days and reviewed within 14 working days where possible.
What to include
To help us respond quickly, include your name, business name, website URL, the page or service involved, a short description of the issue, and any screenshots or examples that show the problem.
Complaints process
If you are unhappy with a service, contact us first so we can investigate. We will review the written agreement, the agreed scope, the work delivered, and any evidence you provide. If a mistake is confirmed, we will explain the correction or remedy available. If we disagree, we will explain the reason in writing.
Scope limits
Search rankings, Google Business Profile visibility, and website conversion rates depend on third-party systems, competitor behaviour, client approvals, and search engine updates. We do not treat a ranking movement alone as a service failure unless the written agreement contains a specific, measurable obligation that has not been met.
