What These Certifications Are
Conversion Optimization Certification
Issued by Google through Skillshop. Certificate 187065973, valid from 2 July 2026 to 2 July 2027.
This is the credential behind the conversion work: enquiry paths, form and call tracking, page structure and testing. It is the one certification here that also exists as a signed W3C Verifiable Credential, a cryptographically signed record that software can verify independently. A badge image can be copied by anyone. A signed credential cannot.
Google Analytics Certification
Issued by Google through Skillshop. Certificate 187430750, valid from 7 July 2026 to 7 July 2027.
This covers the measurement side: what is tracked, how it is configured, and whether the numbers in your monthly report describe what actually happened on your website.
Google Ads Search Certification
Issued by Google through Skillshop. Certificate 187432538, valid from 7 July 2026 to 7 July 2027.
Paid search is available in the Advanced and Pro plans. The focus is organic growth through local SEO and web design, which reduces dependence on paid advertising, and this certification is what makes the paid option a competence rather than an offer.
Why the Expiry Dates Are Published
A certification with no visible date tells you somebody passed an exam at an unknown point in the past. All three above expire in July 2027, and that is stated here so you can check whether the claim is still live when you read it.
Google retires and rewrites these assessments as its products change. A 2019 certification for a 2026 product is not a qualification; it is a souvenir.
What These Credentials Are Not
They are not a trade licence. Dr IT SEO Services is a founder-led marketing agency, not a licensed or registered trade, and nothing on this site should be read as a trade registration, an accreditation body membership, or insurance-style cover for the work of a contractor.
If you are a trade business, your own registrations matter to your customers far more than ours do. Part of the audit checks whether the registrations you hold are published somewhere a customer can actually verify them, because an unpublished credential converts nobody.
Who Holds Them
Vlad Tabaranu, founder of Dr IT SEO Services and the named specialist on every engagement. He has worked in search since 2010 and founded the business in that year, from Harborne in Birmingham.
Delivery is carried out in collaboration with external professional specialists rather than by one person working alone. The certifications above are his, and they are stated as his rather than as the firm’s, because a credential belongs to a person.
How to Check Any of This
Each certification links to Google’s own credential record. Open it and you will see the holder’s name, the certificate number and the validity dates, served by the issuer rather than by us.
For the Conversion Optimization credential you can go further and verify the signed W3C Verifiable Credential file directly, which proves the record has not been altered since Google signed it.
If any link on this page does not resolve, or a date has passed without this page being updated, tell us. A credentials page that has gone stale is worse than not having one.
Credential Questions
Are these the same as being a Google Partner?
No, and the distinction matters. Google Partner is an agency-level status with spend and performance requirements. These are individual professional certifications held by the person doing your work. Neither substitutes for the other, and we do not claim the one we do not hold.
Does a certification mean my rankings will improve?
No. It means the person configuring your account has been assessed by the platform on the product he is configuring. There are no overnight ranking promises here, and nothing on this site is guaranteed: what is offered instead is a recorded baseline and the same measures reported every month.
Why does the Verifiable Credential matter?
Because a badge image is just a picture. Anyone can copy one onto a website. A signed W3C Verifiable Credential is checkable by software against Google’s signature, so it proves the claim without asking you to trust the page it appears on.
What happens when they expire in 2027?
They are renewed and this page is updated with the new dates, or the certification comes off this page. There is no third option.
