About these terms
These terms apply to Dr IT SEO Services, operated by Vlad Tabaranu as a sole trader, based at 415 Court Oak Road, Harborne, Birmingham, B32 2DX. By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.
Our services
Dr IT SEO Services provides local SEO and web design for businesses, delivered as managed monthly plans or agreed projects. The specific scope, deliverables, and fees for any engagement are confirmed in writing before work begins. Those written terms, together with this page, form the agreement between us.
Results and expectations
Search engine rankings depend on many factors outside our control, including search engine algorithms and the actions of competitors. We follow recognised, white-hat methods in line with search engine guidelines, but we do not guarantee specific rankings, positions, or a fixed timeline. We set realistic expectations during the free audit and report progress honestly each month.
Fees and payment
Fees, setup charges, and billing terms are set out in the written agreement for each plan or project. Monthly plans are billed in advance on a rolling basis unless otherwise agreed. Any one-off project or additional work is quoted and agreed separately.
Client responsibilities
To deliver the service effectively we may need access to your website, hosting, Google Business Profile, or analytics, and timely supply of content and approvals. Delays in providing access or materials may affect timelines. You confirm that any content you supply is accurate and that you have the right to use it.
Intellectual property
Work produced for a client becomes the client’s property once paid for in full, except for any third-party components, plugins, or tools that remain under their own licences. The content and design of this website remain the property of Dr IT SEO Services.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Dr IT SEO Services is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss arising from search engine algorithm changes or third-party actions. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot lawfully be limited.
Cancellation
Either party may end a rolling monthly plan with the notice period set out in the written agreement. Fees for work already carried out remain payable. On cancellation, we hand over access and any paid-for deliverables.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
