What We Measure and Report
No ranking is guaranteed here. What replaces the guarantee is a recorded starting point and the same five measures reported to you every month, so you can see movement rather than be told about it. This page states exactly which numbers are recorded, where each one comes from, and how much is tracked on each plan.

The Baseline, and Why It Is Taken First
Every plan starts by recording your current map-pack positions, Google Business Profile calls and direction requests, citation count and form submissions. Each month you receive those same numbers alongside the work completed. Starter tracks 10 priority terms across one location, Advanced tracks 25 across three, and Pro tracks 50 across five.
That record is taken before any work begins. Without it, no later claim of improvement can be checked, including ours: a result you cannot compare against a starting point is not a result, it is an assertion.
An agency that skips the baseline has removed the only method you had for holding it to account. Ask any agency, including this one, for the numbers it recorded on day one.
The Five Measures
Map-pack positions for your priority terms
Where your business appears in the three local results for the terms agreed at the start. Positions move week to week, so what is reported is a dated reading, not a permanent state.
Google Business Profile calls and direction requests
Actions taken directly from your profile, before anyone reaches your website. For most local searches this is where the enquiry happens, which is why it is measured separately from website traffic, not folded into it.
Citation count and NAP consistency
How many directories list you, and whether your name, address and phone number agree across all of them. A phone number that disagrees with itself across three directories is both a ranking problem and a trust problem.
Website form submissions
Enquiries that arrive through the site. This is the measure closest to revenue, and the one most often broken by a website change nobody tested.
Organic clicks and impressions
Taken from Google Search Console: how many people saw you in results, and how many clicked. Impressions moving without clicks is a different problem from neither moving, and the two need different fixes.
What Each Plan Tracks
| Plan | Priority terms | Locations |
|—|—|—|
| Starter | 10 | 1 |
| Advanced | 25 | 3 |
| Pro | 50 | 5 |
All three report monthly. The number of tracked terms is what differs, not the honesty of the reporting: the same five measures appear on every plan.
Costs are on the pricing page. They are deliberately not restated here, so that there is one place to change when they change.
What You Will Not Find in the Report
No vanity metrics. Social followers, bounce rate and “impressions up!” with no click figure beside it are not measures of whether your phone rang.
No metric introduced because it looked good that month. The same five measures appear every month, in the same order, so month three is comparable with month one. A report whose contents change with the results is a sales document.
No guaranteed ranking, and no overnight ranking promises. SEO results depend on your market, the level of competition, the starting position of your site and your budget. What is committed to is the measurement, not the outcome.
When the Numbers Disagree With the Plan
The measurements win. A plan is a statement of what we currently believe the priority order is; when the reporting contradicts it, the plan is revised in writing before the work changes.
This is the practical reason the baseline matters. Without a fixed starting point, a plan can be quietly rewritten around whatever happened, which is how an agency stays right for years while a business stays invisible.
Measurement Questions
How soon will I see movement in these numbers?
Your first monthly report arrives within five working days of the first month end, and it is compared against the baseline taken at the start. Individual results vary by market and starting position, and the dated per-client evidence sits on the results page, not summarised here.
Who owns the reports and the data?
You do. The reports, your Google Business Profile, your Search Console property and your citations are yours, and nothing is held in an account you cannot access.
Can I see my numbers between reports?
Yes. Search Console and your profile insights are yours to open at any time, and read access is set up during onboarding, not kept on our side.
What if a measure stops being relevant?
It is discussed and changed in writing, with the reason recorded, so the change is visible in the report history rather than appearing as a silent substitution.
Do you report the work as well as the numbers?
Yes. Each month lists what was done alongside what moved. Numbers without the work are unauditable, and work without the numbers is an invoice.
